
Water, malt, hops and yeast - the natural materials from which the Hanöversch specialty beers are brewed, according to the Purity Law of 1516 and in compliance with EU organic regulations.
Crystal-clear water from the fields of Fuhrberg constitutes 90% of the principal component of all Hanöversch beers and makes for the tasty, palatable flavour. To the later wort we add the finest organic hops from the Hallertau (Holledau), which is considered the flavour-giving "soul of beer" and provides the characteristic bitterness, foam stability and longer shelf life of our beers.
The colour, strength and flavour of all Hanöversch specialty beers is mainly determined by the malt. This is extracted gently from the washed organic barley, washed and dried. Thus are our original beers produced, with organic quality. www.weyermann.de
At the end comes the yeast, which begins the alcoholic fermentation of the sugar and creates alcohol, carbon dioxide and heat.
